Doggy Daycare Stay & Play Field

Welcome to our online booking system for the Stay and Play Field at Manor Way, Halesowen. Please ensure that you fill all the details in correctly. Failure to do so may result in your session being cancelled.

A text will be sent out to you giving a code for the combination lock on the main gate to enter.

Please take note of instructions at the exercise field with regard to safe and correct use.

Our Terms and Conditions are available here, at the field and on our website www.doggydaycaremidlands.co.uk. Please note, that your dog is your own responsibility at ALL TIMES.

Field Private Hire Terms and Conditions

The following are in place to make the field safe and enjoyable for us all to use. Failure to keep to these terms and conditions may result in you no longer being able to use the facilities.

1. Owners are responsible for their dog(s) at all times whilst on the field and car park.
2. Owners are to ensure the fencing is adequate for their dog before letting them off the lead.
3. Please clean up after your dog and take all rubbish home with you.
4. On arrival at the car park, please remain in your car with your dog(s) until the client using the field has got into their car. Some clients that use the field have dogs that don’t like other dogs and/or people!
5. Children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times and must not be left on the field without a responsible adult present.
6. Cars are parked at owners risk. Doggy Daycare take no responsibility for loss of belongings or theft or damage to vehicles.
7. When exiting the car park please be aware that you are joining a busy dual carriageway.
8. Please leave adequate time to vacate the field at the end of your session. Failure may result in additional charges.
9. Bookings will not be extended for late arrival.
10. Bookings are to be paid for by bank transfer or paypal to secure the session.
11. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be transferred or refunded.
12. Balls, toys and throwers are there for your use but please replace them at the end of the session.
13. Any owner and dog(s) on the field who have not booked on will be asked to leave immediately.
14. Any person found to be training dogs for fighting, baiting or coursing will be asked to leave immediately.
15. No alcohol, open fires or barbecues permitted without prior permission.
16. The field can be muddy and wet at times so please ensure adequate footwear is worn.
17. Horses graze in the next field so please be considerate if they are by the fence. Please do not feed any livestock near the field.
18. Please close any gates that you open.
19. Please report any damage to the fences, gates or field that you notice to us.

Field Fun Agility Sessions/Fun Agility Private Hire Terms and Conditions

The following are in place to make the field safe and enjoyable for us all to use. Failure to keep to these terms and conditions may result in you no longer being able to use the facilities. To private hire agility equipment you first need to have attended a workshop or had an induction.

1. Owners are responsible for their dog(s) at all times whilst on the field and car park.
2. Owners are to ensure the fencing is adequate for their dog before letting them off the lead.
3. Please clean up after your dog and take all rubbish home with you.
4. Children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times and must not be left on the field without a responsible adult present.
5. Agility equipment is for use by dogs only. People are NOT to use the equipment.
6. If you are attending group sessions please DO NOT treat dogs that do not belong to yourself or are in your care.
7. Any damage to equipment will result in a contribution from yourself for repair or replacement if inappropriate use has resulted in the damage.

Indoor Training Classes

The purpose of the training classes is to give owners and dogs the space, time and support to allow them to learn and develop their bond whilst the dog learns what behaviour the owner expects. Only positive reward based training methods are used.

1. Owners are responsible for their dog(s) at all times whilst at the training centre.
2. Please clean up after your dog outside the training centre and take all rubbish home with you.
3. Please DO NOT treat another owners dog.
4. Children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times and must not be left at the without a responsible adult present.
5. Cars are parked at owners risk. Doggy Daycare take no responsibility for loss of belongings or theft or damage to vehicles.
6. When booking a training course, payment is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. This is entirely at the discretion of Doggy Daycare.
